So after unveiling their latest concept, the Metropolis, through some renderings Citroen released the first real life pictures of this stunning four-door. The Metropolis looks exquisitely fabulous from every angle, but there two disappointing factors about it. First, it’s just a concept which almost certainly will never make it into production, and second, It’s for China!

We’ve already covered the details of the Metropolis,which you can find here, so here’s just a quick refresher: This car is powered by a sophisticated plug-in hybrid system. It consists of a 2.0 liter V6 petrol engine with 272 bhp plus a 95 bhp electric motor, delivering a combined 460bhp (345kW) and 430Nm of torque via a 7-speed, dual-clutch electronic gearbox to all of the four wheels. This system only emits 70 grams of Co2 in every kilometer.
