Many people believe that sport SUVs should have only two doors rather than the usual four, because it’s just cooler! Specially the BMW X6 which is all about the looks would be great as a coupe. But Europeans could not be bothered doing so, mainly because they have too much common sense to do such a thing. Happily though, Russian have just came up with a plan!

This 2-door conversion kit for BMW X6 has been designed by AmorTech. Those elongated front doors might make life easier for front passengers, but they make it helluva lot harder for those who have to ride in the back! That’s not a problem really because X6’s rear space is so cramped no one would get in there in the first place.

This is a nice idea, but we wish it was a German work. You see this kind of modificaitons which includes fiddling with the car’s structure is not like body kits and stuff. The tuners must know what they are doing, otherwise they ruin the whole thing. And while Russians are good at making dams and nuclear bunkers, they don’t have a particularly brilliant history in automotive engineering!
