We were expecting a bigger fuss, but Lexus quietly unveiled the F-sport version of the new GS350 in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Official details are yet to be announced, but from the picture you can clearly see the telltale signs of F-Sport treatment. There is a revised font bumper and a grille, designed for more aggressiveness and sportiness.

It’s been successful. The GS gets a very angry look with this fascia. It also gets new tailpipes, a tail spoiler, presumably, and new dark-finished 19-inch wheels, which inside them house the bigger sport brakes. Those wheels are also connected to an uprated suspension.

Not sure yet if the new F-Sport program affects the V6 engine of the GS. Stay tuned for more details.
