British tuner BBR, well-known as an MX-5 expert, is unleashing the best upgrade kit they’ve ever put together for the Japanese sports car. They call it the ‘Super 200’ package, and there’s a clue as to the kind of power you get from it.
BBR Mazda MX-5 Super 200 is the first 200 bhp normally aspirated package for the 2.0 liter Mazda engine, designed to meet the demand for a value for money engine upgrade. It delivers a healthy increase of 43 bhp and 19 lb.ft of torque.
The main ingredients of this treatment include high flow BBR panel air filter, stainless steel 4 into 1 exhaust manifold, high performance intake and exhaust camshafts, 3.5 inch diameter branded tailpipes with stainless steel clamps, and BBR ECU remap.
