Porsche 991 GTS – New Album

A few days ago Porsche revealed a new variant of the 991-series 911 Carrera. The GTS is a slightly hotted-up version of the Carrera S, powered by a 430 horsepower version of the flat-six engine, but not that hot that it gets in the way of the Turbo and the GT3.

Porsche 991 GTS is considerably more expensive than the normal Carrera models (about 10 grand more than ’S’ version and nearly 20 grand more than the base Carrera), but if you are thrilled by pretty little details, it is worth the extra dosh.

Separating the GTS from other models are Carrera 4 body with wide-flared rear wheel arches and a wide track. Also standard are 20-inch wheels with centre wheel locks painted in an exclusive matt black, special trim elements and smoked bi-xenon headlights, black trim strips on the customised GTS air intake screen and black chrome-plated exhaust tailpipes.

Here’s a bunch of new photos highlighting these styling features:

SPECS Manual PDK
Max. Power 430 hp at 7500 rpm 430 hp at 7500 rpm
Acceleration 0 – 60 mph 4.2 sec 3.8 sec
Top Track Speed 190 mph 189 mph
