Supercharged Lamborghini Huracan Is Hella Beasty!

The 2016 Shift-S3ctor Exotic Airstrip Attack saw the inaugural run of something rather special, a supercharged Lamborghini Huracan. Making its first few acceleration runs in anger, this beasty Lambo is the result of a joint project between VF Engineering and Famous Autosports.

And it seems like the effort has been totally worth it, judging by the way the car sounds and the way it gathers speed:

The VF800 supercharger kit VF guys have come up with for the Huracan is based on an Eaton TVS2300 Roots supercharger 7.5psi system and comes with aluminum intake manifold, integrated dual air/water after cooling system, and ECU software calibration flash. The package costs a whopping $32,995 (sans the sport exhaust on this green example here) but the results are awesome as the supercharged Lamborghini Huracan makes 805 hp and 610 ft/lbs of torque (standard 602 hp and 413 lb/ft). The best thing about it, though, is that they can paint the supercharger in body color so you can admire it through the glass engine cover!
