As you may recall a while ago we told you about the start of an exclusive M2 project at AC Schnitzer tuning center. The effort has now come to fruition and we can bring to you the AC Schnitzer BMW M2 in its full official glory.
Unsurprisingly, AC Schnitzer BMW M2 is one of the best tuning programs yet released for this car. The guys at AC are among the most talented BMW tuners in the business and they have years of experience improving these cars and know them inside out. For the M2 they have come up with a thorough package including a power upgrade, wheels and suspension, an aero kit, and some interior mods to make the driving experience more enjoyable.
In terms of performance AC Schnitzer has equipped their M2 with a custom valve-controlled exhaust system, a new intercooler and some software tweak, the net result of which is a jump from 370 to 420 horsepower. The dynamics of the car are improved through the use of RS adjustable suspension and lowering springs (35mm) and AC wheels available in a wide range of designs and paint finishes.
As for the visual stuff, AC Schnitzer BMW M2 gets a body kit consisting of front splitter, carbon front side wings, carbon mirror cover, rear roof spoiler and rear wing, made from composite materials, such as PU Rim or carbon. For the inside you get special floor mats, fancy gear and handbrake knobs, and sport pedals.
