If you go out shopping for a new Mercedes G500 4×4² you will quickly realize that a standard model will set you back around 260K Euros, whereas a Brabus-tuned version is 460K Euros, there and thereabouts. In this article we will show you what the extra 200K buys you with some help from guys at Elite Motors who have had the pleasure of working with both variants of the 4×4².

Before we get to the aesthetics and the profound differences between a standard Mercedes G500 4×4² and a Brabus version we should point out that part of that 200 K goes into mechanical upgrades with the tuner car. The V8 engine in the Brabus 4×4 makes 500 PS which is about 70 more than what you get from the standard Benz. That gives this giant vehicle the ability to make 100 km/h from 0 in 6.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 210 km/h, which aren’t bad figures for a car as tall as the Empire State.

As for the visual features, the Brabus car comes with a host of upgrades over the stock Mercedes G500 4×4², including Brabus front bumper add-on with LED lightning, custom front grille, carbon hood attachment, Brabus roof LED lightning, wheel paint and center caps, Brabus illuminated sides kirts , custom rear spoiler and bumper, carbon mirror caps, tinted headlights and black LED daytime running lights. The treatment also includes the underguards, tailpipes, logos and all the other accents painted in gloss black.

In the end though, you pay an extra 200K just for that Brabus badge.
