BBC Pays Homage to Clarkson with Christmas Special

News emerged today that in spite of their rough divorce, the BBC is going to honor the memory of Jeremy Clarkson and his years of service to the corporation with a new Christmas Special called “Top Gear: From A to Z.” It will highlight Clarki’s career as the lead TG host.

After Clarkson’s dismissal following the infamous fracas – in which he punched a producer for his inability to procure warm food for him – the BBC said things that amounted to “Clarkson is not welcome here anymore in any shape or form.” So it is a bit of a surprise that they are going to release a full Christmas Special about him.

Could it be that the BBC is regretting firing Jezza? Are they missing all the money he and his colleagues, Hammond and Clarkson used to bring in? Are they jealous of Amazon who now owns the genius of this eccentric, angry, and slightly racist man? We don’t know and don’t care frankly. All we want is a new car show with the three stooges, whatever it’s called and wherever it’s aired.

So this holiday season keep an eye on BBC Two for a Top Gear last hurrah with Clarkson, Hammond, and May. Who knows what Chris Evans is cooking for the new TG? For all we know it could suck.
