Here we have some tax avoidance techniques from Ukraine. Apparently they cut used cars in half, import them to the country as bits, weld them back together, and sell them for very good prices!

This way they avoid paying huge tax imposed on imported cars. Not sure if this technique is legal, or safe, but it damn sure is economical!

So the end users are buying a used car that might already be knackered, then cut in half, and then welded back. That’s not really a car anymore, is it. I wonder if they offer a warranty for these cars as well!
