The previous generation Mercedes SL (R230) is still in high demand – probably because the new R231 looks terrible – and tuner keep making kits for it. This new one is made by Renown Auto Style, and as you can see in the pictures it is way too wide.

They got a bit carried away with the whole ‘widebody’ thing and ended with a sports roadster that would give the Murcielago a run for its money in terms of width. That’s a shame really, because the rest of the kit is actually quite nice. The Black Series-inspired bumpers, the bonnet, and the 21-inch three-piece concave wheels, they all look great.

Continuing with the Black theme, the tuner also tuned the engine up to 700 horsepower.
