If we look at the kind of people who by cars like the Mercedes SL63 AMG, they are typically well-off, well-educated businessmen with a passion for speed and exhaust noise. But, like everything else in this messed-up world of ours, there are exceptions.

We won’t be at all surprised if a BMW driver decides to wrap his car in orange. Heck, BMW themselves offer this as a factory color. But Mercedes-Benz? Granted, there have been a few examples of such misconduct from Mercedes over the years, but generally, they all come in sober, dignified color.

The owner of this SL63, however, definitely wanted to stand out in the crowd, but instead of swapping the SL for a BMW of some kind, he decided to call the guys at Restyle It and see if they can wrap the whole thing in a fiery orange. The tuners were more than happy to oblige.

And so we have what’s possibly the world’s Mercedes SL63 AMG in Orange. And as much as we like to mock it, we have to admit the bloody thing looks pretty nice. It works as a show car, but we can never see ourselves driving around some place, any place, where people can see us in an orange convertible. It sends all the wrong messages, you know!
