Kahn Design is a heavyweight when it comes to tuning exotic cars and turning them into personalized cribs on wheels. But recently they keep challenging themselves to see if they can improve less exciting cars. And they don’t come much less exciting than the Audi Q5 2.0 TDI, which is the subject of this program.

Kahn rarely tweaks the engine of the cars they work on, but they do have a special crosshair exhaust system for most of them. You can get something for this Audi to make that small diesel engine sound a bit, well, alive.

The main highlight of the Audi Q5 Wide Track kit by Kahn Design is a styling package that quite subtle in its design, and yet does a good job of improving the aesthetics of this frankly boring crossover. The kit includes front bumper replacement unit, rear diffuser replacement, sports lowered suspension springs, privacy tinted glass, door entry sill plates in stainless steel, quad exhaust system in stainless steel, exterior paint detailing, rear hatch blend and painted brake calipers.

You also get a set of RS-R wheels in size 9.5 x 22-inch, with 265x35x22” tires, fitted inside wide wheel arches, hence the name Wide Track.

As for the interior, this particular car features quilted and perforated leather upholstery, available in different colors. But you can do pretty much what you desire with the cabin thanks to Kahn’s bespoke interior treatments.
