The E90 BMW M3 still has a huge fanbase, and they seem to be growing as prices for this model drop further and further down. That enables the M3 lovers to have their cars tuned and do all sort of wonderful things to them. This BMW M3 Clubsport by MR Car Design is the result of one such effort.
The German tuner has taken a professional approach with this car, focusing on improving the M3’s track capabilities rather than blindly increase the horsepower. MR Car Design BMW M3 Clubsport gets a modest power boost – through software optimization and Evo exhaust system – to 450 horsepower and 430 Nm. The real highlight of this car is the chassis and the way it corners.
MR’s BMW M3 Clubsport gets a set of black coated lightweight forged wheels wrapped with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires in 245/35-19 on front and 265/35-19 on the rear axle. They work in tandem with a pair of spacers (10 mm on the front and 15 mm on rear axle), and KW variant 2 coilovers complete with H&R stabilizer kit and Stoptech braking system.
The end result is an absolute track monster. The tuner has also fitted the car with Wiechers rollover bar and Schroth safety belts, and painted some M racing colors on the exterior.
