Double Loop The Loop at Top Gear Does Worlds First Double Loop The Loop

Ambitious but, for once, not rubbish! You may remember a few days ago we told you about Top Gear’s attempt to set the world record for the first ever double loop the loop, in a stunt called “Deadly 720” as part of the TG Live tour in South Africa. Well, they’ve done it, and it didn’t end up in a fireball or anything disastrous. It actually went so well, it looked kinda boring in the video. So that’s it, Top Gar bags another world record. They may be old and knackered, but they have not lost their touch.

Here’s a short video of the Deadly 720 and a few words by Jezza Clarki.

Video description: Deadly720 is the biggest, boldest and most technically challenging stunt ever performed by the record breaking Top Gear Live Stunt Team who will be coming to Birmingham’s NEC later this year (Oct 25-28) with even more audacious performances hosted by Jeremy Clarkson, James May, Richard Hammond, The Stig and, of course, the Top Gear Live daredevil stunt team.
