This rather spectacular Audi R8 Spyder you see here is the result of a joint operation between Designo Autohouse and HRE Wheels, based on an ABT-tuned car. The wheels on this car are HRE 590RS in Satin Bronze/Polished. Bronze shouldn’t work on red, but the wheels look surprisingly good on the car.

The ABT styling kit for the R8 Spyder consists of a new front bumper with uniquely styled intakes and grille, carbon spoiler lip, carbon side skirts, a new rear bumper complete with vertical tailpipes, carbon diffuser and extra air vents. The package does give the car an aggressive new look, although some people may find it too busy and shouty.
