Electronics specialist Mcchip-dkr released details of a Stage 3 tuning kit they have devised for the VW Scirocco R. The high-performance coupe arrived at their workshop with 265hp and 350Nm form tis 2.0 liter TFSI engine. It left with 345 horsepower and 450 Nm.

The secret behind that serious turn of power in Mcchip-dkr VW Scirocco R is first and foremost the electronic witchcraft these guys are so good at. But that’s not all. Gaining that kind of boost from just electronics is nigh on impossible.

So they went all out and fitted the engine with a sport exhaust system featuring downpipe and 200-cell cats, upgraded fuel pump and injectors, and twin air intake system. Some DSG modifications were then needed to make sure the gearbox copes with the extra oomph.

Mcchip-dkr VW Scirocco R also benefits from a very cool dark grey wrap with custom graphics, custom grilles, and dark wheels.
