Now another one taken place by Dubai Roads and Transport Authority and number plate E 30 topped the board as someone paid Dhs4m for it. Total proceeds exceeded Dhs23.5m. They are not actually personalized plates, they’re some letters and numbers,  but it’s not the case, it’s a way to show off,The lesser digits on your plate, The better you are !!
