Thanks to the Playstation 3 we all now have the chance to, at least virtually, drive our dream supercars which most of us will never be able to get a piece in reality! The makers of the most anticipated car video game GranTurismo 5 announced the new additions to their garage, Ferrari 458 Italia and Mercedes SLS AMG. In fact most of the new hyper cars at this year’s IAA have made their way to the game already!

In the game both cars are powered by 0 and 1 but in real world, while they have the same sort of power output, they have differences. Ferrari 458 is a sharp and high revving GT car with a 4.5 liter V8 developing 570 hp, while Mercedes, being a retro-classic  supercar, has got a 6.3 liter V8 with 571 hp. The SLS feels more like a muscle car in comparison with the Ferrari. The 458 Italia does 0 to 60 in 3.4 seconds but Mercedes being heavier and more luxurious is a bit slower and takes 3.8, but both cars are capable of hitting over 200 mph top speed.
