Today Mitsubishi released the first sketch of their all-new compact crossover vehicle which is due to be released in 2010 in Japan,while the European premiere is scheduled for the next Geneva Motor Show. Apparently the makers of  the legendary Pajero are going to put on a new face as a more eco-friendly and green manufacturer by making more compact cars instead of big SUVs, and this new crossover is a result of this new policy.

The car is based on the Concept-cX shown back in 2007 and will be built upon Mitsubishi’s mid-size global platform called Project Global. The company is determined to make this car as green as possible, so it’s very likely that they offer a hybrid powerplant for this model or even make it a full fledged electric vehicle! We think that they should be more worried about their reputation as the maker of hardcore offroaders!
