Audi A1 is small and rather good-looking car, so it should be easy modifying it in a good way. But to be honest most of the works we’ve seen so far were quite poor. This one though, by HS Motorsport, is very interesting. They first had CFC to wrap the car in a prestigious matte silver, which is a treatment usually reserved for big and expensive sportscars.
While steering clear of body kits, HS has modified the rear bumper so they can fit the twin central tailpipes inspired by the Golf R32. These stainless steel pipes are made by Fox Sport Exhaust Systems and will give this little car a deep throaty rumble!
Other upgrades contributing to the magnificent style of the car and also its handling are the new coilover suspension from H&R which drop the car by 55 mm at the front and 60 mm at the back, and new set of wheels. HS Motorsport offers a wide range of rims in either matte black or silver and in different designs.
The tuner also provides Recaro Sportster CS lightweight bucket seats plus carbon trimming for the interior, and a light power upgrade package for the 1.4 TSI engine which is good for a total 147 hp and 250 Nm.
