The Dusseldorf-based tuner Anderson Germany has yet another kit for the Audi R8. This one called the Hyper Black appears to be inspired by Darth Vader as it’s has an all-black exterior and a very dark soul!

Based on the R8 V10 model, Anderson has revised the engine’s electronics and installed an active new exhaust system, which is 22 kg lighter than the stock system, and high performance air filters. As a result the power has gone up from standard 525 hp to 589 hp.

To complement the power, they’ve fitted the car with a body kit consisting of new front spoiler lip and rear diffuser as well as a speed-dependent rear wing. The body is painted in a special mirror black and so are the carbon-coated 19-inch wheels. The windows are also tinted. A nice touch on the exterior is the orange brake calipers which really go well with the black theme.

The interior uses more orange Alcantara bits in addition to black leather to create a unique and sporty atmosphere. They’ve also used carbon fiber extensively to style the cabin. You’ll find it on handbrake handle, the radio visor, the ashtray, the handles of the seat adjustment, door panels, and the side panels of the center console and shifter surround and of course the sport steering wheel.

The Hyper Black is one of the coolest tuned R8s we’ve ever seen.
