Hofele Design got hold of an Audi A8, disregarded the point of it as an elegant luxury saloon, and turned it into the SR8.

So the car is not as classy as a standard A8, but on the other hand it is quite sporty. It is in fact the RS8 that Audi will never make. If it weren’t for legal issues, Hofele could have called it the RS8!

The car gets an RS-like body kit with the same familiar front bumper with s spoiler lip, tail spoiler, rear diffuser and massive tailpipes. The sportiness continues inside with two-tone leather and contrasting stitching.

Hofele has also dropped the car on big 22-inch wheels. They are also available in 20 and 21-inch size. The electronic suspension module is adjustable up to speed of 70 km/h.

The German tuner also provides engine upgrades for both diesel and petrol units. The 4.2 liter V8 petrol gets a raise from 372 to 390 hp and the diesel from 350 to 390 hp.
