Development of the new Audi A5 DTM is finally done and they can unveil the car in full glory to the public. So here it is, with all the racing liveries it will be sporting this year in DTM, where they have to race against new entries from BMW and Mercedes. four of the cars made their first shakedown in Valencia, with the other four scheduled for a session at Hockenheim from April 2 to 5.
2012 DTM grid will see coupe racing cars instead of the usual sedans, with Audi bringing this, BMW the M3, and Mercedes the C-Class Coupe. There has been substantial technical changes as well, to make the car safer presumably, but as long as the racing is fun we don’t care. The cars are also very good-looking, especially this Audi is an eye candy.
