In a new publicity gig Red Bull and Infiniti have come up with, F1 word champion Sebastian Vettel stars in a Kung Fu short film alongside actress Celina Jade. The full title of the film is ‘Kung Fu Vettel: Drive of the Dragon’ and it’s being filmed in Shanghai for early May release. So this is what Vettel is doing instead of getting ready for this Sunday’s Chinese Grand Prix. Cool.

In order to pull off his role in the film, Vettel got some quick Kung Fu lessons from Celina Jade, who also happens to be a martial arts expert. To return the favor Vettel took her out for a fast lap around  Tianma circuit in an Infiniti G Coupe. Celina is nice, but I’d ask for Gina Carano. She’s more feisty, you know!

Infiniti and Red Bull will be releasing more films like this starring Vettel and Webber.

Sebastian Vettel commented: “Well that was the first time I’ve acted in a martial arts movie and it was great fun. It was something totally new for me which was good as I always like new challenges and experiences. I learned that just like with driving, you need balance, control and technique to be good at Kung Fu, but I think I’ll still stick to my usual kind of fighting on track on Sunday!”
