British customers of Alfa Romeo MiTo and Giulietta can now choose the Sportiva trim level for their cars. As the name suggests, this trim adds a touch of sportiness to the car by providing unique interior and exterior appointments such as 18-inch rims, and Alcantara-wrapped sport seats.
Mito Sportiva offers £1,500 worth of option upgrades for £750 premium over the range-topping Distinctive model, while the Giulietta gets £3,000 worth of luxury upgrades for an additional cost of just £1,860.
So let’s get to the details. The MiTo Sportiva comes with exclusive 18” Quadrifoglio Verde sports alloy wheels, sports kick plates, and Sportiva badges. Inside the cabin, the theme is black and green with darkened interior headlining, and matte black steering wheel inserts accompanying a black leather steering wheel and handbrake, plus black Alcantara sport seat upholstery – all finished with green stitching.
The Giulietta Sportiva meanwhile gets stuff like sports leather upholstery plus a rear armrest with storage compartment and sport kick plates. This car can be had with six engines, including the new technologically advanced twin dry-clutch semi-automatic ALFA TCT, starting at £23,110 OTR for the 1.6 JTDM-2 105bhp.
As for the MiTo, you can order the Sportiva with three engine options: 875cc TB TwinAir 85 bhp (£16,100 OTR), 1.4 TB MultiAir 135bhp (£17,000 OTR) and the 1.6 JTDM-2 120bhp (£17,750 OTR).
