Now hat we learned about the technical details of the new 2013 VW Golf, it’s probably a good time to focus on its design. And for that we have a bunch of official videos here that give us a good look at the car’s exterior and interior. Golf Mk7, save a few minor details, looks pretty much the same old one. You know what they say, right? Don’t change something that works, just tweak it.

The thing is, you get the idea that Volkswagen didn’t change the Golf not because they didn’t want to ruin it, but because they had no idea how. This is a fine design, but compared to other players in this segment like the Focus or Astra, well, the Golf looks kinda outdated. VW has been very conservative with the new Golf.

Still, looks have never been the top priority for Golf buyers. They buy this thing because it’s just such a damn good hatchback. Check out the new model inside and out in these videos:
