This is one of the tests recruits have to pass in order to join BMW’s team of instructors – the Ultimate Drivers. This car control exercise was thought by a Swedish instructor, and that’s why they call it the Swedish Guitar. This, BMW says, is their version of a job interview. So if you are applying, forget about suit and tie. Just make sure you are wearing your best driving shoes.
