Audi RS5 may not as good a sports car as BMW M3 in terms of performance, but there is no denying it is one of the best looking cars in its class. If looks is all you want though, you don’t have to get an RS5. Senner Tuning has come up with a new conversion kit that turns a S5 into an RS5, rather immaculately.
With this kit you get the RS front bumper, side skirts, rear spoiler, rear diffuser, the whole nine yards. That said, an Audi RS expert can tell it’s a fake at first glance due to some small details such as the rear spoiler, which is not active in this car. Senner has also adjusted the suspension using KW components, and put 20-inch Work VS-XX wheels on the car.
The interior has received a treatment too, with lots of carbon fiber trims, two-tone Nappa leather seats, and an R8 steering wheel.
Last but not least, the tuner has boosted the output of the S5’s V6 engine up to 429 bhp and 501 Nm of torque, so you won’t totally embarrass yourself if someday a real RS5 challenged you at a set of lights.
The cost of a converted Senner RS5 is about 70,000 Euro. That, frankly, makes the whole thing sound like a stupid idea. If you can afford to pay 70 grand for this, you definitely can spend another 10K to get the real thing.
