Boasting capabilities of their Motorsport team, earlier this month Mazda decided to turn a showroom-fresh Mazda2 into a B-Spec race car live on the floor of the Performance Racing Industry show. The challenge was to finish the car in less than 25 hours, and then send it to the 25 Hours of Thunderhill endurance race. The time-lapse video after the jump shows how it was done. This must have been the most joyful 25 hours of work for the Mazdaspeed team.
