Not sure what kind of conversation they had at Oemmedi Meccanica in Italy when they decided to make this thing, but the end result of it is nothing short of spectacular. They have fitted an old Fiat 500 – better known as the Cinquecento – with a 580 horsepower V12 engine from a Lamborghini Murcielago.

Obviously, you can’t drive such a thing without giving up your will to live, but just the fact that they managed to fit that monstrous engine into this tiny little machine is quite impressive. With all those flames and the soundtrack it makes, the V12 Cinquecento also makes a great show car.
