In the latest commercial for the up! city car, Volkswagen turns to reverse psychology. The up! is a tiny little car with a ‘surprisingly spacious’ interior. To put this fact into perspective, this ad tells the story of a tall girl who is struggling to find a man of proper height. So when she sees her new date shows up in a VW up! she thinks it’s another small man. But much to her surprise, and delight, the guy is 6’3… and he fits into the up! with room to spare!
