Mercedes-Benz UK and AMG Ambassador David Coulthard teamed up with renowned magician Dynamo for a rather impressive trick involving a Mercedes SL63 AMG, a track, and some flames. Coulthard even became the subject of a mind reading session by the magician.

The main event started with the former F1 champ taking the SL63 around a specially created circuit, which he lapped in 38.57 seconds. Then they set parts of the track on fire, and put Dynamo behind the wheel to see how fast can he complete the course… while blindfolded!

The magician had the luxury of having Coulthard in the passenger seat to guide him through, but still, impressive effort. But perhaps not as impressive as Dynamo’s correct prediction of David’s guess of his lap time, 1:25.
