German specialist Senner Tuning has come up with one of their classic treatments for the 2012 Audi S5. The lovely coupe has been given a visual makeover as well as a pretty special engine tuning program. And the result is something that puts the RS5 to shame.
Audi S5 by Senner is, on the outside, inspired by Audi’s own RS5, boasting a similar front-end look with the RS bumper and blacked-out honeycomb front grille. What sets it apart is the red carbon fiber accenting. Same stuff is found on the mirror caps and side skirts.
The wheels are also finished in red, which to be honest seems like a bit too much. Speaking of the wheels, they are Varianza T1S 20-inchers with Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tires. They are hooked up with KW coilover suspension system.
As for the engine, which is the best thing about this tuning program, The 3.0 liter V6 unit is not only supercharged, but also fitted with Injen cold air intake, new ECU map and a sport exhaust system. The result is a healthy 446 horsepower and 511 Nm of torque. And the result of that is a big smile on your face every time you drive the car.
An interior package with two-tone red and black leather, contrast stitching, and lots of carbon fiber wraps up the program.
