As Alfa Romeo’s current range-topping model, the Giulietta gets regularly updated with cosmetic changes and new features. For its new model, the 2014 Alfa Romeo Giulietta is blessed with substantial styling upgrades, improved interior, and a new engine.

The engine in question is a 2.0-liter JTDM 2 developing 150 hp and 380 Nm. This diesel unit benefits from third generation common rail injector. The new injection system is even simpler and more reliable because the injectors have a simpler structure with 40% fewer components.

As for the styling, the 2014 Alfa Romeo Giulietta comes with revised head and tail lights with LED technology, revised grille, three new alloy wheels (16”, 17” and 18”), and three new colors including Moonlight Pearl, Anodizzato Blue and Bronze.

Inside the cabin you get new door panel and handle and the brand new insert on the central console and dashboard. The Quadrifoglio Verde version gets new sports seats upholstered in black leather/Alcantara with contrast stitching; Progression version offers the black/anthracite grey fabric, while the Giulietta MY 2014 Distinctive customer can choose between two colour combinations for the fabric upholstery: black/tobacco or anthracite grey. What’s more, the steering wheel now gets an aluminium insert, and black, white or red stitching.

The standard kit on all models include 6 airbags, the Alfa DNA system (with Q2 electronic differential and DST), and the innovative ESC (including ASR and Hill Holder). The manual climate control system and tyre pressure monitoring sensor.
