There is a new Jurassic Park movie in the works, as you may know, and it has just become a must-watch for car nuts. The makers of the film released a teaser picture on Facebook, announcing a new cast member. It is the Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6, which is apparently going under extensive modifications for its role.

The looks and the capabilities of the Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6 make it a perfect ride for taking on dinosaurs and pre-historic creatures. It is a brilliant Armageddon vehicle, boasting six wheels, five differential locks, air pumps for the suspension and tires, and a weapons-grade 5.5 liter bi-turbo V8 developing 560 horsepower.

Mercedes-Benz and the Jurassic Park franchise have a long history of collaboration involving the M-Class back in the day. That car was a mass-produced SUV and the company was OK with the film studio destroying a whole bunch of them. The G63 6×6 though is a rare and super expensive machine built to order for the wealthiest of customers. It’ll probably see only some light action in Jurassic Park 4: Jurassic World.

Nevertheless, seeing the Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6 in action is always a pleasure. We’re looking forward to see Jurassic Park 4.
