What you see here is undoubtedly the fastest, and loudest, open-top SUV in the world! The Mansory Mercedes G500 Cabrio, known as Speranza, is a unique version of the G-Wagen for those to whom the normal G63 AMG look like a terrible old cliche. As you can see in the video the family who owns this G500 is having a marvelous time cruising around Monte Carlo in it.

The open-top nature of the G500 Cabrio naturally makes it a more fun car than the normal hardtop versions. But we’re not too sure about that exhaust noise. In a sports car that would be nice, but in a SUV that can become wearisome really quickly:

That noise is, of course, a telltale sign of the inner power possessed by Mansory Mercedes G500 Cabrio Speranza. The tuner starts out with a G500 V8 engine which has something like 360 horsepower. When they’re through with it that number has gone up to 700 horsepower and 900 nm of torque. You kind of expect an engine with that much power to make that kind of noise.
