Alfa Romeo Giulia cabin 1 600x399 at Spyshots: Alfa Romeo Giulia Has an Awesome Interior!

As I’m sure you are aware by now, last night Alfa Romeo took the wraps of the new Giulia sports sedan and surprised us with great looks and superb specs. But the haven’t been very generous with photos of the car so far, giving us only a handful of exterior shots. Not to worry though, because industrial spies have already scooped the car in greater detail.

These are the first shots of the Alfa Romeo Giulia’s interior, and I think you’ll agree it is as magnificent as the exterior and what’s under the skin. The cabin has a fairly minimalistic design with a large infotainment screen at the middle, flanked by a carbon fiber-garnished dash on one side and a cool steering wheel sporting a red start button on the other. Below that we find the manual controls for the air con.

On the center console, which is decorated with a healthy dose of carbon fiber, we find the controls for the infotainment system and Alfa’s DNA system. And yes, that big stick in the middle is for a manual gearbox. So the Alfa Romeo Giulia QV is a 510-hp, rear-wheel-drive, sports sedan with a manual gearbox. Petrolheads all over the world will go cross-eyed with pleasure when they hear this!

The thing is though, while manual gearbox sits very well with the hard-core petrolheads, the real customers out there generally prefer an automatic – a dual-clutch with paddle shifters, to be more precise. So we’re sure Alfa has got that covered as well.
