While it has already been officially introduced, the new Alfa Romeo Giulia QV is still a long way off from actually hitting the showrooms and taking the streets by storm. That is why it is kind of exciting to spot this bad boy on the road and see how it looks in the real world under the sun.

This white Alfa Romeo Giulia QV was spotted the other day shooting a promo video by the looks of things. You can also see a red example half covered, waiting for its turn to go in front of the camera. Sadly we don’t get to see the car in some proper action, but we’ve already got this video for that.

Alfa Romeo Giulia QV is the range-topping version of the new Giulia powered by a Ferrari-developed twin-turbo V6 engine with well over 500 horsepower. It is a direct rival for the likes of BMW M5 and Mercedes E63 AMG, and therefore it will be quite pricey when it finally launches. But don’t despair. There will be less powerful, more affordable version of the Giulia for those who just want the looks and don’t really care about performance.
