In another one of their classic drag race/acceleration challenge/who’s got a bigger willy events, Top Gear Magazine lined up the sportiest of all the SUVs currently out there, the Range Rover Sport SVR, against the benchmark of this segment, Porsche Cayenne Turbo, and the bulked-up-as-a-Navy-SEAL Jeep Cherokee SRT.

So turns out Range Rover Sport SVR is not the fastest super SUV, or the best to drive, or the nicest sounding. But the British car here would still be out pick on account of the completeness of the package it offers. Sure the Cayenne Turbo is quicker and the pointless SRT might be a bit more fun to play with. But neither of those cars have the prestige of the Range Rover, and neither can match its off-road capabilities. But really, the SVR is better simply because it is much, much cooler than the other two.
