Volkswagen is not the only one celebrating the 40th anniversary of their own Golf GTI. Many tuners are paying homage to the big daddy hatchback with various styling and performance treatments. This Oxigin Golf GTI Clubsport here does it by just being sexy!

Of course, Oxigin Golf GTI Clubsport has had a lot of help to achieve such high level of sexiness, and we’re not even talking about that chick trying her damnedest to steal the car’s thunder. This custom Golf has got a complete wrap, new wheels, and even a power boost.

The power boost is a modest one with adjusted turbo pressure which result in a Clubsport output of 290 PS. The extra oomph will become handy in turning the 19 inch OXIGIN 20 Attraction rims which look like hefty pieces of forged alloy. The rims are supported by a set of KW adjustable coilover suspension.

Other highlights of Oxigin Golf GTI Clubsport include a golf ball for gear lever, a unique wrap design with gloss black accents as well as blood red claws, and a Bull-X-Downpipe exhaust with 200-cell HJS cats. We don’t know, but this to us seems like a much cooler proposition than VW’s own track-focused Clubsport S Golf GTI.
