It feels like a long time ago when we first heard of Novitec Rosso Ferrari 488 GTB. The tuner evidently took their sweet time over this one, but this hotted-up GTB is now ready to roll and it is magnificent in every way.

Novitec Rosso Ferrari 488 GTB boasts a light upgrade package by today’s tuning standards, but you get a cool and discreet aero kit, some new wheels, upgraded chassis and a pretty boost in power. There are bigger, more thorough kits for this car, but quite a few just as cool.

In terms of mechanical upgrades Novitec has fiddled with the 3.9 liter bi-turbo B8 engine in the 488 GTB and equipped with a new engine management software and high quality exhaust systems available in the ultra lightweight material Inconel or stainless steel. The result in an extra 86 horsepower on top of the standard 670 which translates into a top speed of 342 km/h.

Keeping the car in check at that kind of speed is a tailor made suspension and a set of Novitec’s lightweight wheels wrapped in high performance rubber. Visually, Novitec Rosso Ferrari 488 GTB comes with a win tunnel-tested carbon fiber aero kit consisting of front spoiler, side skirts, rear diffuser and rear wing.
