Iran is kinda like Italy of middle east! Both countries have great history and people are very alike as well. Now they have found another common ground! and it’s, weirdly, car design! And by that I don’t mean they gonna cause any trouble to Pinin Farina or Zagato, but honestly looking at some of these proposals presented at an exhibition called “From Dream To Reality” in Tehran, they are of high quality.

Most if the designs best of which you see here are amazing computerized renderings which show their designers skills, some of them has funny names too, like Iman Scarface!! but as for raw idea, something that could someday make its way to production, don’t think so. Most of them are facelift of models already exist. And it’s understandable since it’s their first try to play in a field they’ve never even remotely been on!

After all, it seems that Iranians are really putting their car industry into high gear. In last six months they’ve introduced two new domestic-made models and now they are backing events like this. It sounds promising.
