Audi released sketches of the all-new A3 Sedan Concept set for debut at the upcoming 2011 Geneva Motor Show. This four-seater notchback sedan as they call, sounds very interesting with its rather compact size and powerful engine.

Audi A3 Sedan measures at 4.44 meters (14.57 feet) long, 1.84 meters (6.04 feet) wide and just 1.39 meters (4.56 feet) high and features Audi’s single-frame grille as well as LED daytime running lights. From the side, it kinda remind us of BMW 1M Coupe! The concept cars also, by the looks of things, have some big wheels that contribute greatly to its awesome style.

Aesthetics aside, the A3 Sedan is also a very fine car as a performance machine. It gets the same five-cylinder turbocharged engine that powers more than half of VW’s high performance cars. In the A3 it delivers no less than 300 kW (408 hp). Backed by a seven-speed S tronic transmission and permanent all-wheel drive quattro system, the car will undoubtedly offer an exhilarating driving experience.

Audi says this A3 concept offers a glimpse of the future expansion of the A3 family. The thing about this concept is that almost all of it is production ready. So it’s just a matter of time before we see it on the roads in roughly the same form as the concept version.
