Revealed as a concept earlier this year, the Nissan Juke Nismo will come to the 2012 Le Mans in full production trim. This car is presumably for those who cannot afford spending half a million dollar on a GTR-powered Juke-R. It gets a simila body kit to the big daddy, but you have to make do with a 1.6 liter engine. Although the engine is tuned to give more go juice.

The body kit on Nismo Juke consists of a new front bumper with red accents and a spoiler lip, as well as LED daytime lights, new side skirts with more red bits in it, flared aches, and a rear diffuser unit again with red garnish, plus a rood spoiler and some graphics. The grille is also different on this version, and it uses 18-inch Nismo wheels.

Other enhancements over the normal models include stiffened suspension settings and new steering modifications for sportier direct handling and improved traction control. It also gets Torque Vectoring technology, which gives more grip and enables the car to corner faster.

Inside the cabin the steering wheel, pedals, gauges, gear knob and door trims have been redesigned to boost the sporty feeling. The steering wheel is covered in suede and has red stitching for greater feel and grip while cornering.

Production of Nissan Juke Nismo starts early January 2013 in Nissan’s Sunderland plant in UK, on the same line where they make normal Jukes. The car first goes on sale in Europe, with Japan and USA to follow.
