For those who may find the standard Audi R8 just a tad boring, German tuner Prior Design has come up with a new kit that makes the car look and feel – to some extent – like a GT3 racing car. The package includes a racing-style body kit complete with a big wing and wide fenders and everything, and substantial power upgrade for the V8 engines.

The PD-GT850 racing style kit features larger air intakes at front compared to the standard car, and a carbon spoiler. It also has integrated air inlets in the new two carbon struts, mudguards to make the car look wider, aerodynamic side sills, the big rear wing, GT3 rear diffuser and extra outlets, and finally a roof scoop. The cost of this body kit is about 25,000 Euros including paint job and assembly.

For wheels and tires, Prior recommends a set of 20-inch 3-part ADV1 Concave rims with 265/30R20 and 325/25R20 tires front and rear respectively. The wheel set will set you back another 10,000 Euros.

Then there’s the mechanical changes, including a sport exhaust system for 2,699 Euros, and a V8 power upgrade kit that costs 5,900 Euros but boosts the output from 420 to 470 horsepower. Prior also offers a 565 horsepower kit for pros.
