Nissan released the sketch above as a teaser to announce the unveiling of a new concept car at the 2013 Detroit Motor Show called the Resonance. It is a crossover vehicle, featuring ‘bold styling with a hybrid-electric powertrain’ according to Nissan. Now, this could be a preview of what we can expect from the next generation Nissan Murano, apart from the powertrain of course. Design-wise, it seems to be right up Murano’s alley.

The Resonance will be revealed during Nissan’s press conference on January 15th.
