GMC has really outdone itself by introducing the new Sierra 1500 Denali pickup truck. Not only this truck benefits from a lavishly equipped cabin and tons of technology features, it comes with a new 6.2 liter Ecotec3 V8 engine that makes it the most powerful vehicle in its class. You have to say it also looks quite cool.

The new 6.2 liter unit, the same basic engine they put in the Corvette, is rated at 420 horsepower and 450 lb-ft of torque in the Sierra 1500, and boasts direct injection, active fuel management and variable valve timing. Besides providing satisfying performance, this engine also enables a class-leading maximum trailering capacity of 12,000 pounds.

The Sierra Denali can also be ordered with a 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 rated at 355 horsepower. It does better in terms of fuel economy, with a rating of 23 mpg highway.

Design-wise, the top of the line Denali features 20-inch chrome wheels, unique interior decorative trim, a polished stainless steel exhaust outlet and body-color front and rear bumpers. Apart from the chrome and steel trimming, the interior is also very high-tech, boasting an eight-inch Customizable Driver Display that can show relevant settings, audio and navigation information in the instrument panel, in addition to the eight-inch central display.

Other features standard on Sierra Denali include projector-style headlamps with LED signature daytime running lights, a Bose audio system, heated and cooled leather front bucket seats, a heated steering wheel, front and rear park assist and a power sliding rear window with defogger.
