The 2017 GMC Sierra 2500HD All Terrain X based on the 2500HD is the latest addition to the Sierra pickup truck range and the most off-road capable ever. It is also one of the coolest looking trucks in the market, and one of the biggest.

Wanting to keep up with the competition most of whom offer off-road ready trucks, GMC too the 2500HD version of the Sierra crew cab, jacked it up and put some 275/65R18 Goodyear Duratrac off-road tires under it. Then the work began on the cosmetics because, let’s face it, most people who buy these trucks do so just for the looks. Some leave in a studio apartment downtown and never venture into the woods.

Visually, GMC Sierra All Terrain X 2500HD 4WD crew cab features 1 8-inch black-painted aluminum wheels, unique body-color grille surround with All Terrain insert and door handles and bodyside moldings, black power-adjustable heated and power-folding trailering mirrors with integrated turn signals, LED rear guidance lamps and LED amber clearance lamps, 4-inch black sport side steps, black sport bar, and Black Onyx and Summit White exterior colors.

Available with either a 6.0L gas V-8 engine or a Duramax 6.6L V-8 turbo-diesel (445 hp and 910 lb.-ft. of torque) GMC Sierra All Terrain X comes as standard with a spray-on bedliner, Front and Rear Park Assist, the Z71 off-road suspension package, underbody shield, heated steering wheel, all-weather floor liners and Eaton automatic locking rear differential.
