The Mercedes-Benz specialist MEC Design decided that the Mercedes G63 AMG could do with a bit of tweaking – little touches here and there to spice things up a bit. As is the case with MEC’s works, the treatment is fairly light, but has a profound effect on the way the car looks and feels.

There isn’t much one can do to the G63’s exterior without completely running its iconic shape. So MEC decided not to bother at all. They did however provide the big G with a set of absolutely massive 24-inch MEC Design CC5 Wheels black/ brushed finish. They come with either 285 or 305 section tires.

Next they got busy with the G63’s exhaust system, revising it to their own specifications for the sake of more power and an even cooler soundtrack. This bit will become available from April.

MEC also offers various carbon fiber trim pieces for the G63’s interior, as well as a sport steering wheel with carbon fiber finish. That is about it for this tuning program.
